Robert Pavlis’ goal is to expose garden myths. A biochemist who has a 6 acre botanical garden in Ontario, Canada, (USDA zone 5) that he maintains himself, Robert believes in simplifying the process of gardening. He is constantly examining many garden ideas and recipes to determine if they really work. And he usually comes up with a better, easier solution!
He is constantly questioning:
- What is going on?
- Why is it happening?
- What is the plant trying to do?
- Why is nature doing this?
His contrarian view is really very simple and it makes so much sense!
In the second part of our conversation you’ll learn how to create clean-algae-free ponds without pumps, filters or chemicals. When you have a pond that is in balance with nature, it will stay clean and attract and feed abundant wildlife. Less work, more joy. Robert’s motto is ‘Don’t fight nature, learn to live with it!’
